U.S. Department of Labor Updates Federal Labor Laws Posters

Some of the statutes and regulations enforced by agencies within the Department of Labor require that posters or notices be posted in the workplace. The Department provides electronic copies of the required posters (and some of the posters are available in languages other than English).

Revisions to most of the required posters were finalized on August 1, 2016. Ensure that your dental practice is in compliance, download the new required posters, and more at the U.S. Department of Labor web site. 

The KDA will provide member dentists with revised consolidated Federal Labor Laws posters for the dental practice free of charge later this Fall.
