Dr. Jon Siebrasse Begins Role as 142nd President of the KDA

During the KDA Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 23, 2019, Dr. Jon Siebrasse, of Parsons, began his role as the 142nd President of the Kansas Dental Association. 

About Dr. Jon Siebrasse

Dr. Siebrasse (Dr. Jon to his young patients) graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He has been practicing in Parsons, Kansas for over 30 years. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Siebrasse has served as the staff dentist at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center (PSHTC) on Fridays since 1993.

After 24 years of commitment and service to those with developmental disabilities at PSHTC, Dr. Siebrasse was honored with the Outstanding Dentist Award by Oral Health Kansas in 2017. 

Also, in 2017, Dr. Siebrasse was granted fellowship into the American College of Dentists, the oldest major honorary organization for dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. 

Dr. Siebrasse has volunteered his services to the Parsons Free Clinic since its inception. He has participated in 16 of 17 of the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation's Kansas Mission of Mercy (KMOM) events, and in international dental mission work with the Lutheran Church. Other members of his practice assist in these efforts.

Dr. Siebrasse has served as a member of the Kansas Dental Association Board of Delegates, and has served on the Executive Committee since 2014.

He has been married to his wife Vicki since 1981 and has two grown children.
